A Man with a Need - Truth For Life

An Extraordinary Encounter What was it like to have a face-to-face encounter with Jesus? From the physically broken man of Mark 2, to the devoted religionist of John 3, to the promiscuous woman of John 4, Jesus personally engages each unlikely individual and the results are extraordinary. In this series, Jesus also encounters the alienated man of Luke 8, the despised tax collector of Luke 19, and the humble woman of Mark 14 and reveals their greatest need, which is not for physical healing or stature, but their need for a Savior. Not one individual walks away unchanged by their encounter with Christ. It is a spiritual transformation that Jesus offered to them then and offers to us now. When we have our own encounter with Christ, do we allow him to transform us or do we walk away unchanged? A Man with a Need - Archive - Truth For Life

Truth For Life No concern is more vital to the church than the gospel itself, the life-changing message of Christ that inspires worship, equips for service, enables fellowship, and compels outreach. The speakers expressed that the gospel is not for unbelievers alone, but meant to engage the hearts and minds of believers as well. So Loved are we

See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.  1 John 3:1

Perfect Love

There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. Perfect Love

Be Responsible

You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh ; rather, serve one another humbly in love. Galatians 5:13

Making the right choice....

Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them. John 14:23
